The company actively promotes environmental management systems and aligns with global carbon reduction trends. Using 2021 as the baseline year, Phihong aims to achieve a 42% reduction in carbon emissions (Scope 1+2) by 2030, working toward net-zero emissions by 2050.
Sustainable Environmental Management
Phihong upholds the vision of “global symbiosis and a greener planet,” embedding the spirit of environmental sustainability into its corporate culture. Through cross-departmental collaboration, we implemented Environmental Management. In 2025, in accordance with the TNFD (Task Force on Naturerelated Financial Disclosures) framework and the existing TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures), we comprehensively disclosed the risks, opportunities, dependencies, and impacts related to climate and the natural environment. At the same time, we closely integrate environmental performance indicators with managementlevel KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of climate governance implementation. Environmental Management is promoted through the four major aspects of “climate change, green products, pollution control, and environmental engagement by all employees,” combined with Product Lifecycle Management (LCA) to comprehensively reduce the environmental impact of operations.

In addition to complying with environmental regulations in all global operating locations, the Company adopts a proactive and prudent approach to comprehensively promote environmental policies and related initiatives. Phihong actively constructs a comprehensive Environmental Management System in full alignment with international standards, implementing the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO50001 Energy Management System, ISO 14064-1 Greenhouse Gas Inventory, and ISO 14067 Product Carbon Footprint. All have been verified by third parties to ensure the effective implementation of energy-saving and carbon-reduction strategies. Under the PDCA management framework, in addition to maintaining certification validity, the Company refines its Environmental Management practices and strengthens sustainable Governance effectiveness through annual target reviews and performance Management Mechanisms. At the same time, through systematic management, continuously improve the efficiency of energy and resource use, reduce the environmental impact of operations, and steadily advance towards Circular Economy development.
